Good job identifying the problems with the current system, but need to emphasize this is a research/investigation effort to find new CRM system. That is implied wih the “begin the efforts” verbiage, but should clarify. As the current system was implemented only three years ago and is already obsolete, what research has gone into a proposed new system to avoid making another bad investment? As the research only (begin efforts) aspect wasn’t evident, several team members gave feedback as follows: Good project, but need more specifics on what getting for $100k. This could be a critical upgrade with lots of opportunity to ensure adequate integration of systems from multiple departments. However, need more information on the type of system that will replace the existing one. How will we avoid the same issue of outdated systems updates, maintenance etc. Is the new system able to be better integrated with departments, services etc. Does the new system have GIS integrated capabilities for locations of services etc.? How would we be eliminating duplication of services or data collection by the new system? Would it be more expensive to do the type of integration in my mind.
