To justify a whole new person would suggest more measurable outcomes other than 10% improvement on compliance with an internal department’s procedures.
I’d like to see a plan for how to cross-train new analyst for future promotion, and how the Administration would put additional redundancies in place for future change-overs which happen far too often.
Is this accurately accommodating for fringe benefits or are they captured in the Fire Administration request?
