Metrics provided do not reflect increased performance assumed to be the foundation for the requests for increased budget; how are increased enterprise fund revenues related to the increased work responsibilities?
Measure #1 does not show a decrease for target FY2020-
Measure #3-Metric isn’t clear. In summary you mentioned annually reviewing all SOPs. How many SOPs are there so we can track the percentage correctly?
