Please include personnel changes vs last year and operational budget changes vs last year.
Please upload a current org chart AND proposed org chart with the requested positions.
Please provide additional information and data to support the need of these new positions.
Does HR have a strategic plan? If so, please include.
In an ideal world, all new personnel requests would be funded. However, that is not reality. Please include prioritization of positions for this FY vs future FYs.
For performance measures, what performance measure are HR currently tracking? What are new performance measures that would be affected with the funding of new positions?
